Ecoturismo & Aventuras de México DMC®, with address at Álamo 422 in the city of León, Guanajuato, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable provisions.

I. Personal data collected

  • We collect the following personal data in order to provide our adventure tourism, expeditions, and equestrian activities:
  • Full name
  • Age and date of birth
  • Nationality
  • Phone and email
  • Address
  • Emergency contact information
  • Basic medical information (allergies, conditions, medications)
  • Information on health or major medical expense insurance

II. Purposes of processing

  • 1. Primary purposes: To identify you as a participant or client; to coordinate the contracted activities; to provide tourism and adventure services; to contact you in case of emergency or accident.
  • 2. Secondary purposes: Sending promotions and news; service evaluation; use of photographs or audiovisual material for promotional purposes (with prior consent).

III. Transfer of personal data

  • Your data may be shared with: insurance companies for policy or claims management; competent authorities when legally required; third-party providers (hotels, ranches, transporters, medical staff) for the operation of the contracted service.

IV. Exercise of ARCO rights

  • You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO) by sending a request to privacidad@ecoturismoyaventuras.com.mx or in writing to the company address. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.

V. Revocation of consent

  • You may revoke the consent granted for the processing of your personal data at any time through the same procedure.

VI. Use of images and audiovisual material

  • By participating in activities organized by the company, you authorize the use of your image in photographs or videos for promotional purposes, unless you express your opposition in writing.

VII. Limitation of use or disclosure of data

  • If you wish to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data, you may register with the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising (REPEP) or send a request to the email indicated above.

VIII. Changes to the privacy notice

  • This Notice may be modified at any time. Updates will be available at www.ecoturismoyaventuras.com.mx or by notification to your email.

IX. Consent

  • By providing your personal data, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Notice and give your express consent for its processing in accordance with the terms set forth herein.
